Bespoke, not off the shelf
Most citizenship advice sells a programme: a fixed price, a fixed list of countries, a fixed process. Bespoke citizenship starts from the family instead. Where they live, where their children will study, which banks they use, what they can lawfully contribute and which ties they already hold. The route is designed to fit the family, not the other way round.
Listed and unlisted passports
Some passports are available through published investment programmes. Many of the most useful are not. Unlisted passports are citizenships with no programme to buy into. They are reached through residence, ancestry, or exceptional naturalisation, where the law allows a state to grant citizenship for a genuine contribution. They take judgment, patience and counsel, and they are rarely the fastest route.
One position or a portfolio
Some families want one considered position: a serious country to live in now, and its passport later. Others are building a portfolio of citizenships across several regions, so that no single government decides where they can live, bank or travel. Both are bespoke. The work is the same: map every route open to the family, test the serious ones, and coordinate them through to grant.
Who it is for
Founders and investors, family offices and industrial families, cultural figures, athletes and scientists, and families with a real tie to a country. In each case the position is too complex for a standard programme, and judgment matters more than speed.
What it is not
It is not a passport for sale, a guarantee or a shortcut. Every route rests on published law, a contribution the state can defend, clean documentation and independent counsel in each jurisdiction. Discretionary processes can be refused, which is why a fallback route is always held in reserve.
Frequently asked
Is bespoke citizenship legal?
Yes. Every route we pursue rests on published law and is tested with independent counsel in the relevant jurisdiction. We never make or arrange unofficial payments, and we decline clients who cannot pass enhanced due diligence.
How is it different from citizenship by investment?
Citizenship by investment is a published programme with a set contribution and process. A bespoke mandate may include one where it is genuinely the right answer, but usually combines residence, ancestry and contribution into a position designed for the family.
What are unlisted passports?
Citizenships that are not sold through any published programme. They are reached through residence, ancestry or exceptional naturalisation, and they require a lawful basis and a case the state can defend.
How long does it take?
It depends on the route. Residence-based paths are measured in years; exceptional naturalisation depends on a government's discretion. Each mandate sets out realistic timelines and probabilities in writing before any capital is committed.
Can I engage you for a single country?
Yes. Some clients come to us for one specific citizenship; others for a portfolio. Every engagement begins with a private conversation.
How do I begin?
By private request. A partner reads every enquiry and replies personally within two business days.
